with great pleasure we would like to invite you to participate to the 5th International Symposium on Carbon for Catalysis, which will be held in Brixen, Italy, June 28 to 30, 2012.
This conference, as tradition, is devoted to the fascinating world of carbon based materials and their plenty applications as adsorbents, catalyst supports and catalysts on their own.
The long time interest towards carbon materials is continuously renewed by the discovery of the different nanostructures, carbon nanofibers, nanotubes and graphene, which surge of research interests all over the world.
The meeting will cover both fundamentals and practical applications of:

- Carbon-based materials in catalytic reactions
- Graphene-based catalysts
- Characterization and modeling

and will allow to present and discuss progress in areas. It is expected to provide you with a comprehensive knowledge about leading-edge developments in this field.
